What do I think about this toner?

This alcohol-free toner enriched with Vitamin E, wheatgerm oil, and soya oil is water-like (the bottle is pink-tinted, not the toner). It does not have a noticeable scent. One only needs 10-12 drops of the toner to cover the whole face and neck. Therefore, this will last a long time.

The product is packaged well, one can control and choose the amount of product that comes out of the bottle while using. I take out the required amount on my palms and pat this onto my skin. I do not use a cotton pad to swipe it on.

It leaves facial skin hydrated and supple.
